Safety Inspections, these are different from Safety Audits, in the respect, that they look at hazard/risk control measures, work processes and safety procedures in the workplace etc.;

Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments, Manual Handling Assessments, Display Screen Equipment Assessments (DSE), Workplace Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments etc.

Health and Safety Accident and Incident Investigations, setting up safety investigations to ensure all required control measures are in place, and if not, why not, also looking at why the accident occurred and not apportioning blame to any one individual, basically are the safety systems (e.g. Safe Systems of Work, Method Statements, Permit-to-Work, Risk Assessments), which are in place, working, and are they being used correctly; and

Environmental Safety issues, .

Workplace Assessments, including Risk, Manual Handling, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and Display Screen Equipment (DSE), Workstation Assessments, are essential tools for management to use in controlling risks to employees health & safety.

Health and Safety Accident Investigations, are a requirement of law, however they provide essential information to companies regarding how and why a particular: -

- Workplace related accident;

- Workplace related dangerous occurrence;

- Workplace related incident;

- Workplace related Disease etc.

happened and can identify whether further controls are required, to ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, the accident will not happen again. An Accident Investigation can provide information on why and how existing controls were breached. We can also help employers identify where they may be missing out on certain clues on improving their accident/incident records, by addressing the problem of Near Miss/Non-injury Accidents etc. Certain workplace accidents/incidents, diseases, injuries, illnesses and dangerous occurrences must be reported to the enforcing authorities, in the UK these would be reported through the Reporting of Injuries, Disease's and Dangerous Occurrences regulations (RIDDOR)

Environmental Safety Training, provides businesses with better awareness of environmental issues and helps protect the environment around the business, it helps enhance the business reputation and credibility within the community which they and their employees work.
